My Masters of Social Work degree is from Wilfrid Laurier University.  I also have a Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University and qualifications in Classical Yoga from Mumbai, India.  A Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, I am assisting with a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Cambridge this year, with Nirmal Singh and Sat Dharam Kaur, N.D.

My involvement in the Guelph community has included volunteering at the Community Mental Health Clinic, the River Run Centre, and co-managing and playing on the Guelph Originals II women’s recreational soccer team.

Volunteering for two years at the Yoga in Toronto Conference and Show, has allowed me the opportunity participate in many inspiring yoga workshops given by leading teachers from around the world.

All of these experiences have given me a thorough understanding of the many challenges that people face and ways to overcome them.  I continue to study to enhance my professional qualifications and personal growth.
