5 Sutras for the Aquarian Age

As many of you know, we are leaving behind the 2000 year long Age of Pisces and entering the Age of Aquarius.  Pisces tended to be the ages of secrets and hierachies, where information was closely guarded as a source of power.  In the Age of Aquarius, information is readily available.  Those that succeed in this Age will have experience using information of all sorts for their own and the greater good.  People will have direct, personal experience of their higher selves, or souls, as guidance for how to use their experience through practices such as meditation and yoga.  
 
Free Yoga Classes this Week
 
Kundalini Yoga, often called the yoga of awareness, supports you to become more aware of your spiritual self in addition to benefitting your physical body.  There is still space left in the free Kundalini Yoga Classes for Tuesday, September 8 from 9:00-10:30 am, and Thursday, September 10 from 6:30-8:00 pm.  These classes will continue throughout the year at a cost of $15 per drop in and $120 for a 10 class pass.  Please call (519-265-2299) or email (lisa_clendening@rogers.com) ahead to reserve your spot.
